Conference Partnerships

After the tremendous success of our 2005 conference, we invite potential sponsors and partners to join us at this year's event.

In 2005, conference attendance grew 30% from 2004 to over 300 attendees from across the country. To accommodate this growth, our 2006 conference is moving to a larger conference space — the Hyatt Regency in downtown Rochester — with even more opportunities for our corporate partners to network with their high-tech audience.

Past Partners

All levels of sponsorship include conference registration for two of your company's representatives. Registered representatives may attend all the conference sessions, including the keynote address and any social events organized for conference attendees. All corporate partners will receive an electronic mailing list to distribute a one-time pre-conference message to attendees.

Rent a Vendor Table - Our corporate partners are important conference participants, and vendor table positioning reflects this. As a partner you'll be right in the center of the conference action with a table placed in high-traffic conference breakout and snack station areas. View the Grand and Regency Foyer floor plans for specifics.

Present in the Corporate Partner Track - HighEdWebDev has a proud tradition of hosting a conference track dedicated exclusively to sessions presented by our corporate partners. Seven one-hour and four 30-minute sessions are available. These sessions are a great way to demo products and services for the higher education audience. NOTE: This level of sponsorship includes conference registration for three of your company's representatives.

Sponsor the Social Excursion - The conference schedule includes an evening out at the Rochester Museum and Science Center. We welcome a corporate partner to join us in sponsoring this exciting event.
