Registration is now closed. Thanks to all who've signed up for making this our biggest conference to date. For those who have already registered space is still available in some pre- and post-conference workshops.

Pre- and post-conference workshop rate: $120 per workshop (workshop descriptions)

Hotel rates: Hyatt—$112/night; Clarion—$94/night.

NOTE: Our block of rooms at the Hyatt are booked. Rooms are available for conference attendees at the adjacent Clarion Riverside Hotel.

Your registration fee covers all meals and social events, with the exception of Monday evening, when conference attendees can dine on their own in downtown Rochester or its surrounding neighborhoods.

Conference attendance is limited and registration will close when full, so register early.

Note to potential presenters:

Conference presenters receive a discount on their registration fee. If you have submitted a proposal, please wait to hear from the program committee before registering.

Cancellation/refund policy: If you cancel your registration before September 15, you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after this date will receive no refund. Registrations may be transferred between members of the same school or institution, but are otherwise non-transferable.
