Conference Rates

• Early Bird Conference Registration (through Aug 15): $475
• Regular Conference Registration (after Aug 15): $600

Each conference registration includes the following benefits:

• Access to all general sessions and conference tracks
• Conference materials
• All meals (except Monday evening dinner)
• All evening receptions and events, including an excursion to the Discovery Center

Workshop Rates

Workshop descriptions

• One workshop with conference registration: $120
• Two workshops with conference registration: $200

• One workshop without conference registration: $200
• Two workshops without conference registration: $360

Discounts

Want to save a little more? Check out the following discounts:

• Presenter discount: $100 off conference registration
• Multiple attendee discount: $75 off each conference registration when at least three members from your campus register as a group

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel your paid registration before August 29, 2008, you will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $100 processing fee per cancelled registrant. You may cancel unpaid registrations before August 29 without charge. If you cancel your registration on or after August 29, 2008, you will receive no refund.

Registrations may be transferred only between members of the same school or institution.
