Please…Stop Putting Lipstick on a Pig – Making a Case for a Content Audit

Tuesday, Oct 23 11:45 - 12:30

Presented by Justin Gatewood

A website redesign is important. It is not just about the shiny new thing this or that administrator wants to tout at their next meeting. It should always be about ACTUALLY IMPROVING the website for the site VISITORS. This case can be made with data. The research proves it. The outcomes prove it. Everyone (else) believes it, so…why don’t MY administrators listen to me (the web professional)? In this session, you will learn how to make your case for the most important part – the content audit, and learn how to actually make sense of your data, setting the tone for a great beginning to your next website redesign project.
