The Dreaded OCR Letter: How to Fix Accessibility Issues

Monday, Oct 22 8:30 - 9:15

Presented by David Morton

If it hasn’t already, your institution may receive an “OCR letter” stating that your website isn’t fully accessible to individuals with disabilities or fails to provide equal access to educational benefits and opportunities afforded by the technology. What does this mean for your institution and how do you fix it? In this session, David will dive deep into accessibility troubleshooting and show how our OU Insights module can help mitigate these problem areas to ensure a smooth website experience for every visitor.
